Strengthen the body, nourish the soul and connect with a healthy community. Come get physically, spiritually and emotionally stronger. My goal is to speak life, strength and positivity into your life with a little humor sprinkled in.

Every class is a full-body workout. We use dumbbells, resistance tubing, medicine balls, stability balls and our own body weight. All ages and shapes are welcome. This is YOUR class. You take it at your own pace and do what works for you.

Whatever your fitness goals may be. Wherever you are on your faith journey.

This is a nice girls' club.

My in-home fitness studio for women is a great place to help you become stronger and healthier from the inside out. Class is filled with women who enjoy lifting each other up and celebrating each other’s successes. We have fun while increasing our over-all strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, balance and coordination. Come connect with other amazing women like yourself!

You get it all in this class!

Strength training, cardio, balance, coordination, mindfulness, stretching, breathing and prayer.

Classes are intimate (3-5 peeps). You get the contagious energy of a group fitness feel and format with a hands-on personal training approach. You will receive individual instruction to help you achieve your goals at your pace.

It’s always a full-body functional fitness class. Meaning, what we do in class will help you with your everyday activities.
