Are you looking for a lean leg workout that will help you feel better while wearing those shorts of yours?
Who isn’t, right!? Lean, toned legs are a desire most of us have. So, here’s what I have come up with.
Below is a quick and easy workout routine to lift, define and sculpt your thighs and booty. You’re going to love how amazing you feel after three rounds of these multi-functioning, do-anywhere moves. Focusing on large muscle groups like your legs and thighs increases your metabolism, burns fat and helps your body tone up fast. Add these moves to your workouts all week or do 2-3 times a week on their own for gorgeous thighs and a toned tush! I love that you do not need a gym or any toys, so there are no excuses! Do these at home, while you travel at the park, anywhere!
EXERCISES:
1. Jump Squats (15)
2. Single Leg Lunge (15 each leg)
3. Plie and Abduction (15 each leg)
4. Curtsey Lunge (15 each leg)
5. Side Lunge with Knee Lift (15 each leg)
Rest for 1 minute and repeat 2-3 times.
New or getting back into working out? Do 8-10 repetitions of each. Do 1 set.
Need more of a challenge? Do 25 of each. Do 3 sets.
Need even more? Add weights. Do 4 sets.
