You’re here for a reason, there are no coincidences. My purpose and desire is to know your heart in order to reveal your God-given talents and purpose for being here. I believe we come into the fullness of our identity when we know who we are, and whose we are.

It takes awareness, stillness, guidance and support, in a safe and trusted place, to dig into our soul. The more we know about ourselves (core longing, fear, desire, weakness, values, strengths, etc.) the more awake we become to our soul, ushering in self-compassion and love.

This is a faith inspired transformation. If you’re looking to grow emotionally, spiritually, and/or physically, you’ve come to the right place.

    ✓ Two (2), 60-90 minute phone sessions

    ✓ Dig deep FREE intake session (60-90 minutes)
