After meeting with nutritionist Tracie Hittman, I was surprised to learn about gelatin, something I have never heard anyone talk about before. I learned there are 2 different types of gelatin: hydrolyzed and non-hydrolyzed. Hydrolyzed will dissolve in any liquid, where non-hydrolyzed needs hot water added to dissolve completely.
